The returned items must be in the same condition that you have received them for Sal & Pimenta to accept them; Sal & Pimenta will not accept either worn, damaged, dirty or stained items. For refunds and exchanges you must contact us by email to [email protected] during the 14 days following your order explaining your situation.
Never return any item without informing Sal & Pimenta before, we only handle arriving packages that we are aware of.
1) Return process if you are based in the European Union Customs:
The customer is responsible for the full returning process of the item(s) back to Sal & Pimenta; Sal & Pimenta only dispatches the new item back to the customer once the returned item has arrived in its original condition.
Re-shipping for exchanges: We offer re-shipping when processing exchanges under the following circumstances:
- European Union ( except Portugal and Spain) customers with an original order above €200
- Customers in Portugal and Spain with an original order above €150
2) Return process if you are based in the United States, UK and Switzerland:
Sal & Pimenta will charge you 15 usd for a returning label. For this exchange and returns method, Sal & Pimenta takes responsability of tracking and make sure your package passes european borders without further duties or querries.
Shall the costumer pick another method of its choice, and Sal & Pimenta won't take any responsabilities with the Portuguese authorities and formalities due to import costs. Should you disregard our instructions and return the items yourself, your package will be treated as an IMPORT into the European Customs Union. The package will also be eligible for VAT and Customs Duty even if it shouldn't since it is a return but the border services disregard it many times. In such cases, we will either deny the shipment or accept it subject to the customer taking full responsibility for ALL the additional above mentioned expenses.
We strongly advise that you do this process with our return label.

- For item(s) to be eligible for a return, they must have been purchased directly from www.salandpimenta.com Items purchased from retailers cannot be returned (please contact the retailer directly for returns or damaged/defective inquiries).
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the returns to be processed once the item has arrived.
- All orders placed from Outlet and Stock-off promotions are final sale and NOT eligible for return.
- We do not offer price adjustment if an item is marked down soon after your purchase. In alternative, if you wish, you can cancel your previous order and start a return process and make another purchase (altough we cannot guarantee that your item will be in stock).
- Sal & Pimenta takes full responsibility (limited to the purchase amount and respective shipping costs) for items which are either dispatched damaged, faulty, stained or have been subject to a delivery mistake attributed to Sal & Pimenta. In such cases Sal & Pimenta will cover the costs related to the solution of such situations.
- Sal & Pimenta does not accept exchanges or returns on orders made with coupons EXTRA50 and EXTRA60.
